Foundation meets colleagues across Europe in Sweden

Foundation Chief Executive Michael Mail was recently in Gotland Sweden for a seminar run by Future for Religious Heritage (FRH).

FRH is a pan-European body based in Brussels established as an educational, networking and lobbying body for all organisations working on the preservation and promotion of religious heritage. In 2019, Michael was appointed a FRH Trustee.

The seminar addressed a number of themes relating to pilgrimage, cultural heritage routes and sustainability, and involved visiting religious sites in the area to see contemporary examples of restoration and interpretation work.
